These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to this website and your use of the 1-on-1 mentorship, community access, and educational materials (together, the "Services") offered by Shinigami (a brand of CORDX SOLUTIONS LLC, "we", "us", or "our"). By using this site, submitting an application, or enrolling in the mentorship, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of it. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the site, its underlying systems, or any related services.
The 1-on-1 mentorship provides direct coaching, personalized feedback on your real trades, a customized trading plan, the full orderflow and auction-market curriculum, and access to a private student channel. Coaching continues while you actively do the work — chart preparation, journaled trades, and follow-through on the feedback you're given. Exact scope, cadence, and expectations are confirmed on the consultation call and in the enrollment agreement.
We reserve the right to decline applicants who are not a fit, and to end an engagement with a student who is verbally abusive, dishonest, or unwilling to do the work required for the mentorship to succeed.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This is a personal commitment on both sides — dedicated 1-on-1 time is reserved for every enrolled student — and we only accept students we believe will do the work. Please make sure the mentorship is right for you before you enroll.
Pricing, payment structure, and any available payment plans are presented on the consultation call. Once enrolled, missed sessions cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith may result in termination of the engagement without refund and may be pursued through the applicable dispute-resolution channels.
By using this site or enrolling in the mentorship, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may not access the Services or submit an application.
All content on this site and inside the mentorship is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss, including the total loss of capital. Any results, screenshots, testimonials, or examples shown reflect personal capital and individual student outcomes; they are not typical, not guaranteed, and are not a promise or projection of future performance.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Nothing shared inside the mentorship — including chart annotations, live commentary, session recaps, or private-channel discussion — is a signal, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

All materials on this site and inside the mentorship — including curriculum, recorded sessions, PDFs, chart templates, trading plans built together, private-channel content, videos, images, and logos — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from any material without our prior written permission. Sharing access to the private channel or program materials with non-enrolled individuals may result in immediate termination without refund.
Access to the private student channel is a privilege. You agree to keep discussion focused, respectful, and constructive; not to promote outside services, tokens, or trading signals; not to share other students' trades, screenshots, or personal information without their consent; and not to use the channel to solicit or transact business unrelated to the mentorship. Violations may result in loss of channel access.
Your use of the site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (including the iClosed booking widget and video players). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their own terms and privacy policies.
The site and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, trading losses, or lost data — arising out of or related to your use of the site or the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless another forum is required by law.
